About Aspire
Aspire.io is the world's first word-of-mouth commerce platform that leverages your brand's ambassadors, influencers, affiliates, customers, user-generated content, and social ads to accelerate marketing results across paid, owned, and earned channels. Since 2014, Aspire's industry-leading software platform, combined with our award-winning Agency Services team, has served household names such as M&Ms, Keurig, Samsung, HelloFresh, Dyson, and many other high-growth ecommerce companies while paying out $100M to creators around the world.
The Role
We're looking for a bold, creative Social Media & Community Manager to become the voice of Aspire and help us tell our story to marketers and creators around the world. At the center of the creator economy conversation, you'll own our social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok-and lead our Inside Influence Slack community for marketers navigating influencer marketing.
You'll have a strong voice, a sharp point of view on the creator economy, and the ability to turn industry insights and trends into scroll-stopping content that educates and inspires. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution: you'll develop content strategies, write compelling copy, create or edit short-form videos, spark community conversations, and use data to continuously optimize our approach.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a remote environment, loves experimenting with new formats and platforms, and understands what makes content resonate with both B2B marketers and the creator community. You'll work with top-tier brands like L'Oréal, Dyson, and BÉIS, and have the unique opportunity to launch our TikTok channel from the ground up.
If you're passionate about the creator economy, have a knack for community building, and want to shape how the leading influencer marketing platform shows up in the world-this role is for you!
What You'll Be Working On:
Own and grow our social channels: Manage and scale Aspire's LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, including content planning, creation, posting, engagement monitoring, and performance reporting
Launch and lead TikTok: Develop the content strategy from scratch, write scripts, film or edit short-form videos, experiment with trending formats, and establish Aspire's unique voice on the platform
Build and nurture our community: Lead the Inside Influence Slack community by creating engaging conversation prompts, hosting AMAs, sharing timely industry resources, and fostering meaningful connections among members
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Content and Product Marketing teams to transform product launches, customer success stories, and company milestones into engaging social narratives
Stay ahead of trends: Monitor social media trends, creator conversations, platform updates, and competitive movements to keep Aspire's content fresh, relevant, and cutting-edge
Repurpose and amplify content: Transform blog posts, webinars, research reports, and other content assets into snackable social content that drives engagement and awareness
Drive strategic initiatives: Turn product launches, industry trends, and company news into comprehensive multi-channel campaigns that educate our audience and drive business results
Analyze and optimize: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all channels; use data insights to continuously refine content strategy and improve results
Engage authentically: Respond to comments, DMs, and community questions in a way that's helpful, on-brand, and builds genuine relationships with our audience
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in social media management or community management, in B2B SaaS, influencer marketing, or the creator economy space
Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts, specifically LinkedIn, and Tik Tok
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, authentic social content across all major platforms that resonates with both marketers and creators
Experience creating and editing short-form video content using tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms
Comfortable being on-camera and exceptional at behind-the-scenes content creation-either way, you understand what makes content feel real and engaging
Experience running or moderating online communities (Slack, Discord, or similar platforms)
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking social media metrics and using insights to inform strategy
Strong understanding of B2B social media best practices and how they differ from B2C approaches
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for partnering with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:

Are you a full-stack software developer eager to work with world-class researchers and engineers on simulating and analyzing human performance? Join the Digital Athlete team as a software developer. The project is part of the Wu Tsai Human Performance Alliance at Stanford ().
At the foundation of the Digital Athlete project is our OpenSim software, a powerful and extensible software system to create and visualize simulations of human and animal movement (opensim.stanford.edu). The free and open-source software package is one of the premier biomechanics simulators, used by thousands of researchers around the world in fields ranging from robotics to biomedicine. For example, the software is used to help predict how to improve running performance, design exoskeletons to augment human performance and plan surgery for children with gait pathologies. The underlying OpenSim API is written in C++ and the GUI is written in Java. We also have interfaces in Python and MATLAB. Your role will be to develop new tools to support the growing needs of the biomechanics and sports science communities by improving the performance and functionality of Digital Athlete software, including OpenSim.
The Wu Tsai Human Performance Alliance at Stanford is a university-wide research initiative, housed under the Vice Provost and Dean of Research, that leverages Stanford's exceptional research, outstanding athletics, and innovative spirit.
