ASRC is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the SoftwareEngineer Senior role in support of the PEO Enterprise ServiceNow Platform Team.
The Enterprise ServiceNow Platform Team is responsible for designing, deploying, and managing the Army's enterprise-wide ServiceNow instance, which delivers IT service management, workflow automation, and digital transformation capabilities across the Army. This position provides senior-level softwareengineering expertise to develop and sustain scalable ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet mission-critical Army requirements.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the development of ServiceNow custom applications, scripts, workflows, Service Portal widgets, and automation tools to support enterprise IT service delivery.
+ Configure and extend ServiceNow modules (including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and App Engine Studio).
+ Provide architectural guidance and ensure solutions are designed for speed, scalability, and compliance with DoD security standards.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ At least 5 years of softwareengineering experience within the last 8 years.
+ Minimum of 3 years developing web applications using JavaScript, CSS, Web Services, and related technologies.
