Label the springs
Close out the work orders via the computer as required.

This advanced-level role performs complex structural and mechanical assembly operations using hand tools, presses, and precision measuring equipment. Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Assemble production parts using drill press, rivet press, arbor press, manual mills, and hand tools
Install and swage bearings; bond parts using adhesives or sealants per customer specifications
Operate honing equipment to size holes for bearing installations
Follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings to ensure product quality
Self-inspect work to identify and mitigate defects
Promote “clean as you go” practices and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) awareness
Use mechanical measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.) to verify build accuracy

Compensation:
DCI is proud to offer comprehensive compensation packages including competitive base pay and discretionary quarterly profit sharing bonuses to all part-time and full-time team members. Base pay is reviewed at a minimum on an annual basis.

* Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 75 lbs.
