General Summary:
This position will report to the Shop Floor Supervisor and will be responsible for various work assignments throughout the production area.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs manual/mechanized assembly operations.
Responsible for adhering to all safety and quality requirements.
Process specifications using hand tools, machinery, air presses, jigs and other equipment and tooling.

Job Specifications:

Job Summary: Under direct supervision of a manufacturing manager/supervisor, perform specific manufacturing/packaging operations. Perform repetitive production assembly/packaging tasks which can require positioning of small, delicate parts with precision. Ability to meet performance standards including line flow and output. The ability to accurately record component information on specified forms is required. The quality of one's workmanship is of critical importance.
Responsibilities/Tasks: Employee is tasked with:
1. Follow detailed assembly/packaging instructions, processes and procedures.
2. Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per company's Quality System.
3. Reports problems (and potential problems) with quality, processes, equipment and materials to production management.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
