Primary responsibilities for Manufacturing Assemblers include:
Take precise measurements to ensure precise fit of components
Read and interpret electrical blueprints to install components, including relays, controllers, and controls on electrical panels, and review all SOPs and guidelines related to your tasks
Assemble high-tech components using tools such as drills, mono-bolt guns, wrenches, and other equipment
Review assembled product to ensure quality standards met
Package finished products for customer delivery

Assembles generator enclosures, tanks and their subassemblies following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
* Reads and understands blueprints and bill of material.
* Assembles functional parts of enclosures and tanks using hand tools, power tools (cordless drills, impact gun, etc.) levels, plumb bobs, and straight edges.
* Uses forklifts, aerial lifts, cranes, ladders and other lifting apparatus to aide in the assembly process.
* Assists in the assembly and installation of electrical and electronic components (electrical enclosures, transformers, etc. all electrical connections are done by qualified personnel), pipe systems and plumbing, machinery and equipment.
* Assembles both small and large sub-assemblies according to prints or drawings.
* Reads bill of material to package parts/kits to customer requirements.
* Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine assembly sequence, and setup requirements
* Follows work instructions from general description. Works with other team members to troubleshoot mechanical/fit issues in a satisfactory manner.
