Role Overview:
The Production Technician will manufacture of bulk API pharmaceuticals in accordance with customer and internal specifications.
Core Responsibilities:
Complete batch records in accordance with FDA and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines
Provide process support and troubleshooting necessary to meet all customer requirements
Maintain the facility in excellent FDA/cGMP posture ▪ Responsible for safety equipment and active participation in safety program and hazard analysis. Wears appropriate PPE for task.
Ensure that waste is appropriately characterized, labelled, stored and disposed in compliance with all Company, state and federal regulations. Works collaboratively with Environmental, Health & Safety, as appropriate.
Assure all production/support equipment is in proper operating condition and that all production equipment is appropriately labelled with a current status tag. Works collaboratively with Maintenance, as appropriate.
Ensure the security and safe handling of all controlled substances at all times. Strictly adheres to all Company and DEA regulations.
Ensure a level of housekeeping appropriate for a pharmaceutical manufacturer and maintain 5S areas.
Active member of Emergency Response Team. Participate in Emergency Response Training and related activities.

Basic batch processing and unit operations, able to run all milling operations.

Proficient in all tasks/unit operations associated with a processing area ▪ Able to complete basic mechanical work required to keep operation moving
Complex batch processing and unit operations, such as hydrogenations, PFD operations etc.
Resolve regular technical problems and takes action to ensure the production plan continues to move
Qualifications:
Required
High School Diploma with 5-7 years of experience in an API Manufacturing facility or AA in Chemistry, Engineering, or other related technical field with 3-5 years of experience or BS in Chemistry, Engineering or other related technical field
Solid understanding of GMP and FDA

We are seeking an Electronic Soldering Assembly Technician to support the production of ultrasonic transducers and electronic assemblies. This role is focused on precision soldering, wiring, board-level assembly, and electrical testing.
This is NOT a mechanical assembly or tank-building position.
Ideal candidates will have stable work history, strong soldering skills, and experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform SMT and through-hole soldering, wiring, and PCB-level assembly
Build and repair electronic subassemblies, wiring harnesses, and transducer components
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
Carry out hi-pot and impedance testing with multimeters and other test equipment
Inspect and troubleshoot electronic assemblies under a microscope
Assemble, calibrate, and rework transducer units and related electronic devices
Follow all quality standards, safety protocols, and documentation procedures
Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S standards)
Requirements
13 years of electronics assembly or soldering experience required
Solid experience in SMT, through-hole, fine-pitch, or micro soldering
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Hands-on experience with DMM, hi-pot testers, or impedance meters preferred
Experience assembling or inspecting products under microscopes/magnifiers
Strong attention to detail and workmanship standards

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To maintain all mall owned and operated heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment in order to provide safe, efficient and effective operation. This position is on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to assist the operations department in handling emergencies at the property level.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Work in cooperation with other contracted mechanical services as retained by management.
* Report all situations requiring emergency and/or immediate action to the appropriate personnel.
* Troubleshoot various systems including plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other systems as required to determine source of malfunction and repair.
* Conduct scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance to designated equipment; make adjustments to equipment and controls to ensure operations are in compliance with specifications and/or standards.
* Install, maintain and make repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment as needed.
* Perform the job in accordance with all applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines (i.e. EPA, OSHA standards) to promote a safe working environment.
* Administer compliance of local, state, and federal laws pertaining to areas such as fire, safety, hazardous material, access etc.
* Observe operation, read gauges and instruments, and adjust mechanisms such as valves, controls and pumps to control level of fluid, pressure and temperature.
* Provide routine services to include preventive maintenance on air side and water side equipment, identifying, installing, maintaining and disposing of all types of filters, cleaning mechanical/transformer rooms, picking up and delivering parts, and assisting higher level heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration mechanics and or contracted services.
* Schedule preventative maintenance programs as assigned by management.
* Coordinate work orders and maintain the integrity of the Work Order System.
* Ensure the appropriate inventory systems, records, files, Material Safety Data Sheets, supplies, equipment and tools are maintained.
* Replace defective breaker controls, thermostats, switches, lighting components, fuses and basic electrical wiring, etc.
* Employee may be directed to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Self-starter with ability to work independently.
* Familiarity with air handler units to include efficient operation required to achieve energy savings and acceptable comfort levels.
* Knowledge in filter identification and application, equipment and component identification, safety procedures, refrigeration cycle and soft soldering.
* Knowledge of cooling tower operation & start-up and package roof top HVAC units.
* Knowledge of condenser and chilled water systems and water treatment.

* Knowledge of safety rules, hazards and application of accident prevention measures associated with the operation of mechanical and HVAC equipment.
* Ability to work rotating shifts, which may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* 3 - 5 years' experience in the HVAC maintenance field (Related education may be substituted for up to two years' experience on a year-for-year basis)
