    Description:

    In collaboration and under the direction of the Patient Care Manager/Director, plans, oversees and directs patient care for assigned unit/s assuring standards of quality, service and safety are met within the philosophy and objectives of BHSF. Acts as the day to day manager for assigned unit/s and directly supervises the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective clinical operations and/or outcomes. Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and patient care standards.
