What You Will Do:
Drive independent completion of the industrial design process for projects of any size, typically leading small to medium initiatives, and contributing to large programs.

What you Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in industrial design from an accredited school.
5+ years of experience designing products for manufacture.
Strong ability to communicate ideas through storytelling, research, and design theory. The ability to work creatively through multiple approaches in the problem space preferred.
Depth and breadth of experience and understanding of a wide variety of design principles.
Strong communication skills, with experience showcasing the value of industrial design to internal and external partners.
Proven ability to produce complex geometry and highly realistic rendering and perform as an individual contributor at every stage of the industrial design process, leveraging a variety of software and hardware tools, as appropriate.
Exceptional ability to provide and apply feedback to evolutions in design and offer perspective on risk management and problem solving.

Ability to travel up to 10%
