We are seeking an experienced Civil ProjectManager to oversee multiple concurrent projects in the areas of wastewater systems, piping infrastructure, and process engineering. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage complex civil engineering projects from planning through execution while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple civil engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Oversee design, construction, and commissioning phases for wastewater treatment facilities, piping systems, and process engineering projects.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety and environmental standards.
Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
7+ years of experience in civil projectmanagement, with a focus on wastewater, piping, and process engineering.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
