Damon Henry received his B.S in aeronautical engineering from MIT. He is currently leading an incredible team that is automating the future of drone/robotics tech. Prior, he was a aeronautical engineer for Boeing where he was focused on airframe design for the SB|1 Defiant advanced rotorcraft. His previous roles include structural engineer for the EMARSS aircraft and flight test support for the RAMIS aircraft. In these roles, he supported aircraft certification for the FAA, coordinated supplier awards and procurement, and helped support flight testing and sensor platform integration onto the aircraft. Damon is also a graduate of General Electric's Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) where he held increasing roles of responsibility in the supply chain including front line leader. He currently holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, as well as an OSHA30 certification, and a certification in MPC (Manufacturing Process and Control) In addition to his day-to-day roles, Damon is passionate about college outreach and recruiting. He led a team of Boeing volunteers who mentor senior capstone projects at Penn State University and Temple University in Philadelphia. He has also supported recruiting events at both UPenn and MIT. Damon is extremely passionate about UAVs and their applications. He applies his knowldege of composites and 3D printing to design new vehicles including a submission for the DARPA UAV Forge Competition.

Brent is experienced in software and algorithm development, system of systems analysis, and requirements development. Brent also earned his M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
