Most of the people there are a pleasure to work with. Cafe in Goldsboro office is a nice perk. Executives, especially the CEO, are polite and approachable. Workload is manageable, at least in IT. Annual bonus is nice and benefits are solid.
IT management acts highly inappropriately by playing favorites and hiring/promoting based on who you know rather than experience. Some actions taken by management are legally questionable. HR management is a joke and acts against the employees often times. Pay is way below industry standard. Core values are often preached but ignored by senior IT leadership.
Cafe at main campus is nice
The CEO is approachable and kind.
Stop playing favorites and act like a professional. Quit with the vindictive attitude towards your staff when questioned. Actually take care of your staff and their best interests and not be a hypocrite.
The interviews are so easy that no prep is really required.

It was fine.
The people who worked there (at least most of them) were kind and nice to work with. There was definitely a large amount of favoritism going on and vindictive actions by senior management.
