Lead diagnostics and troubleshooting efforts for complex issues in the field. Support warranty service, documentation, and communication with OEMs as needed. Design & Best Practices: Collaborate with estimators and design teams to provide input on VRF system layouts and installation feasibility. Strong knowledge of mechanical system design, refrigerant piping, and controls. Familiarity with BMS integration and commissioning practices. Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical and control drawings. EPA Universal Certification; OSHA 30 preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
