Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.
Customer Service Operations is responsible for providing outsourced services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
**_Job Summary_**
The Representative II, Customer Service Operations processes orders for distribution centers and other internal customers in accordance to scheduling, demand planning and inventory. The Representative II, Customer Service Operations administers orders in internal systems and responds to customer questions, clearly communicating delays, issues and resolutions. This job also processes non-routine orders, such as product samples, and ensures that special requirements are included in an order.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Processes routine customer orders according to established demand plans, schedules and lead times using SAP and other internal systems. Enters all necessary order information, reviews order contents, and ensures that orders are closed once completed.
+ Responds to inquiries from internal customers, such as Distribution Centers, regarding order tracking information as well as on-hold, back order and high priority statuses.
+ Identifies and communicates resolutions to order delays, missing information, and product availability based on customer profiles.
+ Uses dashboards and reporting from internal systems to identify causes of order issues, such as lack of inventory or invalid measures or requirements in the order. Creates visuals and conducts analyses as necessary to understand and communicate order data and issues.
+ Coordinates with a variety of internal stakeholders, including Planners and externally-facing Customer ServiceRepresentatives, regarding customer issues.
+ For international shipping and in cases of special order requirements, coordinates with Quality and Global Trade teams in order to ensure compliance of orders.
+ Processes orders for product samples and trials, coordinating with Marketing teams as necessary to understand the purpose and requirements of the samples.
**_Qualifications_**
+ High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ 2-4 years' experience in high volume call center preferred where communication and active listening skills have been utilized
+ Previous experience working in a remote/work from home setting is preferred
+ Prior experience working with Microsoft Office is preferred
+ Prior experience working with order placement systems and tools preferred
+ Customer service experience in prior healthcare industry preferred
+ Root cause analysis experience preferred
+ Familiarity with call-center phone systems preferred
+ Excellent Phone Skills with a focus on quality
+ Previous experience being able to achieve daily call center metrics including but not limited to average handle time, adherence, average speed to answer, QA

Position Summary:
The Therapeutic Behavioral Service (TBS) Specialist, under the administrative/clinical supervision of the Clinical Director of Clinical Services, provides Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients, their families, and/or significant others as needed. Summary
The Patient FinancialServicesRepresentative (PFSR) serves as the first point of contact in greeting patients and guarantors in the hospital, ambulatory or medical office setting. Responsibilities
Assist clients, members of the community, and families with financial intake, insurance applications and grant funding requirements. Address questions that relate to financial intake or access to Chestnut services. If appropriate, notify any services not covered by the person's current benefits.
Obtain, complete, and maintain required data entry for the purpose of inputting demographic, financial, and intake information into the EMR. This includes, but is not limited to: income, insurance eligibility and coverage, funding sources, appropriate payers and waterfall priority. Consistently enter clear and timely documentation of all billable and non-billable services provided.
Thoroughly explain required intake paperwork in accordance with program and agency policies and procedures. Obtain all required signatures from clients (or responsible parties) pertaining to accessing and maintaining services. Distribute materials related to financial assistance, client rights, and Chestnut services as needed.
Present a courteous, respectful, and professional demeanor to clients, visitors, and other staff during normal business operations and while assisting clients and their families through intake for services.

Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have at least three (3) years' experience working in a customer service environment, office setting, and/or health services-related field.
Experience in a mental health or substance use environment desired.
Prior experience and knowledge of insurance carriers, billing, or accounts receivable preferred.
Must either have or obtain a Certified Application Counselor (CAC) certification within one (1) year from the date of hire.
Must have intermediate computer and typing skills; intermediate skills using Word and Excel; and possess the ability to learn other Microsoft Office Products.
Position requires the ability to communicate in a professional manner in person, over the phone, and via telecommunications.
Position also requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and to effectively structure a workday.
Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position may involve prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and/or inconsistent standing, bending, lifting, or twisting while being able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
Position also requires walking between department wings and buildings throughout the day.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Patient FinancialServices Specialist to join our team. This remote role is responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and healthcare providers using the EPIC system. The specialist will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive patient experience while managing Work Queues (WQs) and collaborating with multiple departments to maintain high standards of service.
Essential Responsibilities
* Respond to patient and provider inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with timely, accurate information
* Monitor and manage Work Queues (WQs) to ensure timely resolution of tasks and issues
* Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in patient accounts
* Provide training and support to users on effective use of the EPIC system
* Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery
* Generate and analyze reports on customer service activities, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
* Communicate regularly with leadership regarding trends, issues, and system optimization opportunities
Qualifications
