Full-time Description Summary/Objective We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender/Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting a wide variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all guests. This role requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage bar operations efficiently. Duties/Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes and customer specifications. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and making recommendations as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, utensils, glassware, and equipment. Oversee liquor inventory and bar supplies, conducting regular checks to ensure adequate stock and properly storing items. Record all sales accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash or card transactions responsibly. Upsell drink and menu items to customers. Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding alcohol service and consumption. Use proper judgment and when necessary, refuse service to patrons who are intoxicated or disruptive. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including restocking, cleaning, and securing the bar area. Ensure that fruit and other garnishes are prepared before the opening of the bar.
