Atomatic was founded in 1945 to design and install HVAC systems for the rapidly expanding residential new construction marketplace.
By 1960, the company’s growth necessitated a move to larger space on Pulaski Road.
In 1991, Atomatic was sold to JWP (now Emcor) a billion dollar HVAC consolidator.
In 2003, Atomatic purchased a 37,000 sq ft building in Arlington Heights and moved its headquarters to this location where it currently operates today.
In 2013, Atomatic purchased Control Engineering, an Alerton controls dealer, to further expand it’s controls capabilities.
