    The Servicing Risk Analyst reports to the Senior Manager, Business Risk Analytics and requires a deep understanding of consumer finance with auto preferred in the servicing portfolio arena. As a Risk Analyst II, you will work closely with individual business units to gather, analyze, and evaluate processes, procedures, strategies and KPIs, with a focus on Servicing (Collections and Loss Recoveries). You will document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate solutions for implementation. Special projects and other duties would also be assigned on an as needed basis. You will also be responsible for reporting duties, including daily and monthly reporting management and other regular duties. This role involves a high volume of as needed analysis to address the needs of each department with a strong focus in servicing as well as upper management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS Support and contribute to the work of the Risk Department specifically assuming duties including the following: * Work with Risk and Servicing Leadership to develop data driving collections strategies that encompass the portfolio behavioral scorecard * Support Servicing Leaders with development of KPI management and incentive plans * Support Contact Administration team as needed * Gain understanding of ANF business specific policies and procedures * Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats * Support development of analyses and reporting related to losses, delinquencies, balance liquidations, interest income, fee income, and new originations * Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues * Support projects, data collection and analysis, with summarization of findings and clear communication with superiors * Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed * Support other needs of the Risk department * Ability to maintain confidentiality * Ability to make discretionary decisions * ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES * Advanced analytical and data-review skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies or anomalies in application details or documentation. * Strong understanding of auto finance or other receivables financing(Mortgage, Credit Cards) processes. * Ability to examine large amounts of unstructured data and develop business insights * Strong attention to detail, organization, and written documentation skills. * Clear communication skills with the ability to provide concise summaries or ask clarifying questions. * Ability to work well within a team and collaborate across business units when gathering information. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams). * Ability to follow procedures, exercise sound judgment, and know when to escalate concerns. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities. * Interest in developing stronger analytical, risk assessment, and fraud-detection capabilities. When doing business with regular cash customers, ensure that their "cash account" numbers are recorded to assure proper customer tracking. * When a credit card is declined, notify the credit department. If they are not available, either decline to charge the purchase, or release the credit hold in accordance with the dealership's guidelines. * Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered. * Replenish assigned inventory daily.
