Founded in early 2011, AZAR Foundation, Inc. was born from a group of individuals that wanted to positively influence the lives of youth and the communities around them.
Year, 2011 –started in 3 communities working with Buckner International a homeless children’s network.
Year, 2013 - expanded to 43 communities; added [U-Connect] Summer and After-School Technology Computer Integration program
Year, 2015 - expanded to 116 communities: development of [Education and Enrichment Camps and After School Programs].
"We're trying to usher in a golden age of medicines with a payment system that is in its golden years," Azar said at a Manhattan Institute event in 2016, Bloomberg reported. "That system needs to be retired and replaced.
Year, 2018 – partnered with DISD Schools, City of Dallas Public Library, Recreation and Community Centers, Healthcare Providers, and Hospitals to implement: Pilot: Healthy Heart Healthy Mind program supporting vulnerable communities through health, wellness, and nutrition programs.
Year, 2020 – continuing education contract with Head Start of Greater Dallas and Family Gateway (homeless shelter for women and children). Secure contract with the City of Mesquite to implement a Mental Health Counseling Center and Program.
Year, 2022 - formulated an LLC and started the iCare Community Project and Coalition connecting corporations to community to solve local needs.
