ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Record inventory transactions such as receipts and work order processing in SAP Receive and unpack shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and invoices; record receiving reports on all merchandise; prepare reports concerning shortages and damaged materials received. Verifies that shipments requiring receiving inspection were routed to Quality Inspections Department for processing prior to accepting and recording in SAP Contacts Quality Inspection Department to notify them of inspection requirement or missing signature for buy off. Control physical movement of stockroom inventory and inventory documents. Arrange stockroom inventory and inventory documents for general use. Coordinate the transport and transfer of supplies and equipment from one area to another and the filling of requisitions from various departments. Maintain outstanding order, purchase order, receiving, requisition, delivery and shipping files, conduct special and scheduled stockroom inventories and audits of records. Perform work order manufacturing/accounting close and research variances. Pull parts from inventory and electronically issue the work order requested by the planner.
