Home Hospice was founded in January of 1995 by Rev.
Home Hospice expanded its family of care in 2002, with the addition of Home Healthcare Equipment.
Phase IV | 2006: Title 22 and seawater intrusion barrier expansion. $65 million invested.
Because physicians were often referring patients to us who did not meet hospice criteria but still needed nursing and therapy services, Home Hospice expanded its services to include home health in 2008.
