Tim is the CEO of Bay Capital Mortgage Corporation headquartered in Annapolis, MD. Established in 1994, Bay Capital is an independent mortgage banking company licensed in Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

Previous to Bay Capital, Tim served as Sr. Vice President of 1st Mariner Mortgage (FMM), a division of 1st Mariner Bank, with his office located in Annapolis, Maryland. Tim's work builds upon three decades of mortgage banking experience with nationally recognized companies. Previous to FMM, Tim served as President of First Republic Mortgage Corporation, an independently owned mortgage banking company that 1st Mariner Bank acquired in April, 2008.

Tim is a recipient of the Master Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, the highest certification awarded a member of the industry. The CMB designation signifies superior knowledge, understanding, and competency in residential and commercial real estate finance and a commitment to excellence and high ethical standards.

After earning a B.A. degree in Economics at the University of Maryland in 1983, Tim moved to the Annapolis area where he currently resides with his wife Lori, where they raised three children.
