The company was great to work for 5 years ago. Now it’s the worst. Management has no idea what they are doing. They fire people just because. The owner is cheap and his wife decides if you stay or go. She doesn’t even work there. They act like they are better than everyone else and we are just pheasants. The actually employees are great. They have no rule book they just make them up and change them to benefit them. No bonus no raises no incentives

During hot market, the hours can be long in the print shop and sometimes the building gets very hot in packing

Great People and Team atmosphere. Best environment I've ever worked. Fair management and if you work hard you are paid well. If you don't they will show you the door becasue it is not fair to us that appreciate our job!
