Impella and Balloon Pumps
LVADs (Left Ventricular Assist Devices)
Post-op Open Heart Surgery Care
CVICU nurses receive hands-on experience running ECMO circuits and collaborate closely with cardiothoracic NPs, surgeons, and a multidisciplinary team. Job Responsibilities:

We currently are seeking several quality, self-driven RN's to work in In-Patient Clinical Research Studies at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH.
Shifts are guaranteed and scheduling is very flexible.
Excellent rate of pay!
Part-time and up to 40 hours per week are available for this assignment.
Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Currently licensed to practice in Ohio.
One year of RN nursing experience required

Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to each patient's needs.
Develop and adjust individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Supervise your own caseload, nurturing the growth and development of LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides, to facilitate and cultivate a team of caregivers.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Maintain thorough documentation to meet regulatory and operational standards.
Utilize the latest technology and best practices to enhance patient care.

Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; must hold an active RN license in the state served.
At least 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred).
Strong critical thinking, clinical expertise, case management, and a passion for patient care.
CPR/BLS certification
