Job Overview
Bee Sweet Citrus is seeking an optimistic, committed, and motivated student who is currently studying Agriculture Business (or other related degrees), to engage in the management of its fresh citrus production lines. This internship will require a minimum of 20 hours a week, in order to obtain the wide-ranging experience needed to succeed in this internship. Internships typically last three months, however, this internship may be extended based on your 90-day evaluation.
We offer hands-on experience to ensure you receive the maximum of knowledge while shadowing an experienced production manager. During your first week at Bee Sweet Citrus, you will follow a rotating schedule where you will learn all of the company's departments and processes.
Duties/Responsibilities
You will be partnered with an experienced production manager to ensure we continue to produce high-quality fruit to our customers
Assist with the management of several employees including packers, graders, machine operators, and forklift drivers.
Assist the production manager on ensuring company's policies are being followed
Assist management with the enforcement of our food safety and general safety programs
Oversee state-of-the-art machinery and equipment to ensure efficiency with the assistance of the production manager
Communicate with leadership to present new ideas and streamline processes
Assist with providing day-to-day reporting to upper management and sales team to ensure production facility is running efficiently
Identify and resolve problems timely and efficiently while providing guidance and training to the production team
Required Skills/Abilities
Knowledge of basic computer skills
Knowledge of quality control and other techniques to maximize the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations
Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently and in a team setting
The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand
The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
Physical Requirements

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Production team with all pre-production tasks, including but not limited to: lab dip approvals; bulk fabric|trim|wash approvals; tracking pre-production|TOP samples; maintaining the work-in-progress (WIP) report; reviewing|maintaining packing lists in NetSuite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Download production reports and review WIP report with Sr. Production Manager
Communicate daily with domestic and overseas manufacturers
Maintain weekly production WIP reports from each vendor
Engage with vendors on submittals of all fabric, lab dips|strike off, accessories and trim layout, fit|prototype samples, pre-production samples, and production samples to ensure production deadlines are adhered to
Assist with the approval process of all bulk submissions
Audit the submissions on packing list with vendors and review for unit volume accuracy
Provide updates|alerts any late deliveries or shortages
Attend necessary pre-production and production meetings and prepare required reports
Process TOP samples and verify that these samples match the bulk approvals
Ensure the internal design team is providing tech packs and any updates or comments needed for the vendors in a timely manner
Confirm the tech team is providing fit comments and any updates or comments needed for the vendors in a timely manner
Issue shipping labels to route the development samples|color standards to vendors, and enter all details into sample tracking tools
Aid in creating buy sheets
Prepare samples for presentation meetings (HANG, TAG, STEAM, PHOTO)
ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Scan each style into the database

Hang all products
Print and affix the Web Labels and the Styling Notes page
Stage and prioritize samples for Buyer's approval throughout the day

Review the TOP sample against the NetSuite style page, noting any discrepancies and pending testing reports not yet received

Log TOP approvals|rejections on a timely basis, focusing on same-day service.
Monitor ‘on hold' TOP status and discuss action plan with buying team, pushing for timely resolutions
Monitor ‘rejected' TOP status and provide timely follow up with vendors to retrieve new samples and the information needed for an approval
Support the Buying|Product Development|Quality Control|Vendor Management team(s) to locate TOP samples when needed
Assist in the TOP Library and sample archives as needed
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of one year of experience in Quality Control or other disciplines in the fashion industry

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in product development, production, or a related role within apparel, footwear, or accessories.

About the Role
The Styling & Production Intern is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the Dolls Kill production machine from the ground up. Be exposed to the production process from A to Z. Your primary duties will be to prepare and organize clothes for all our photo shoots. This is a fantastic opportunity for people with the right attitude to get your foot in the door of one the of internets fastest growing retailers!
This is an onsite position in our Los Angeles, CA office (Highland Park)
Responsibilities
* Organizing and prep of all Products: clothes, shoes, accessories
* Notate their arrival on relevant WIPs/trended sheets
* Contact buyers if there's any issues with sample arrivals (incorrect/damaged TOPs, missing styles, etc)
* Steaming clothing
* Product operations and tracking
* Set Styling
* Lifting and moving products on racks, bins, bags, and boxes
* Create and upkeep monthly trended sheets, tracking arrivals, dropped styles, late adds, what needs to be shot, etc.
* Organize and upkeep sample closet, putting away apparel, shoes, accessories, and reorders in relevant sections.
* Notate any errors on shoot catalogs via Slack (missing photos, missing SKUs, styles with wrong SKUs, styles shot wrong, etc)

What You'll Be Doing

Ensure quality control standards are met and you adhere to safety standards
Work with team members to identify and develop improved methods of repair
Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free warehouse environment with focus on injury prevention.
Skills and Experience
Warehouse experience of 1 year or more in manufacturing or factory environment preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
Grinding and polishing repair work experience is a plus but not required.
Strong focus on quality - deeply care about the product and your work.
High degree of professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and interest and ability to perform work in a safe environment.
Must be able to concentrate for long periods of time while standing

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at JustFoodForDogs, a leading pet food company committed to producing high-quality, nutritious meals for pets. The Production Associate will be responsible for preparing and cooking pet food recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to strict health and safety standards. This is an ideal position for someone passionate about animal health and food production.
Key Responsibilities:
Ingredient Preparation: Weigh, measure, and prepare raw ingredients according to specific recipes for various pet food products.
Cooking, Mixing, & Packing: Operate kitchen equipment to cook, mix, and package pet food batches, ensuring consistency and quality in each product.
Recipe Adherence: Follow precise recipes and production guidelines to create nutritionally balanced meals for pets.
Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of raw materials and cooked products.
Equipment Maintenance : Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient production environment.
Batch Documentation: Accurately record batch information and ingredient usage for quality control and traceability purposes.
Stock Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing ingredients and supplies, ensuring inventory is rotated properly.
Health & Safety: Follow strict sanitation guidelines, wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to all company and legal safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in food preparation, commercial kitchens, or food production is preferred, but not required.
Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, cleanliness, and quality in following recipes and food production standards.
Communication: Basic communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff and management.
Teamwork: A positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with the kitchen and production teams.
Time Management: Punctuality and reliability in meeting assigned shift schedules.
Health & Hygiene Standards: Knowledge or willingness to learn about food safety standards related to pet food production.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, or overtime as needed based on production demands.
Dependability: Demonstrates strong commitment to attendance and punctuality by consistently arriving on time, maintaining reliability, being flexible with scheduling, and communicating proactively about any conflicts or emergencies.
