What you will do: Buy Release, Capacity Management & PO Accuracy * Send monthly buys to vendors and reissue updated buy releases when changes or late additions occur. * Manage the capacity planning tool by updating projections and actualizing numbers after each buy release. * Remind Merchandising of upcoming raw material booking deadlines for mainline and chase programs. * Validate delivery quotes for each buy release to ensure lead times align with expectations. * Work with the PO Creation team to generate accurate purchase orders and confirm all PO details match the buy plan. Production Tracking, Calendars & Vendor Management * Review weekly vendor WIPs in Teams to ensure production milestones are met, booking numbers are received, and styles move to handover on schedule. * Monitor pre-production approvals to ensure delivery dates remain on track. * Work closely with vendors and Product Development to support AUC targets and identify opportunities to improve cost outcomes. * Negotiate delivery delays, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with vendors to maintain on-time execution. * Review weekly delivery status with the Supply Chain Brand Manager and Merchandising teams, identifying risks and required adjustments. * Review compliance chargebacks for late bookings, handovers, or deliveries (for DDP shipments) and track outcomes. Quality, Testing Review & Issue Escalation * Review failed garment testing and inspection reports, identify risks, and escalate issues to the Manager. * Partner with internal teams to determine corrective actions based on testing or inspection results. * Bubble up production issues to management and assist in researching root causes and potential resolutions.
