Responsibilities of our Behavior Technicians (BT) include, but are not limited to:
Provides behavioral intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support skill development and/or reduction of problematic behaviors
Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationship with client, caregiver and other family members through rapport building
Collects accurate data per program specifications
Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee and organization as a whole
Attends assigned trainings, monthly supervision meetings, performance meetings and other administrative meetings as assigned
Operates as a mandated reporter; maintaining awareness of signs or reports of suspected abuse or neglect and reporting to the appropriate state reporting line
Qualifications
Behavior Technician Requirements:
High school diploma
Bachelor's degree (e.g. education, counseling, psychology, sociology, behavioral health) and related work experience preferred and may be required for certain cases
Satisfactory results of required Federal, State and provider specific background checks
Valid CPR and First Aid certification
Reliable transportation is required
(EP) Obtains crisis intervention certification within 30 days of employment and maintains annual certification requirements. Training is scheduled through Behavior Interventions and compensated at the employee's administrative rate of pay.
Working Conditions:
Ability to move, ascend/descend, position self, transport while exerting 5-10 lbs constantly, 25 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Ability to move quickly to remain within arm's reach of client(s)
Ability to meet the physical requirements to successfully complete the physical components of the crisis intervention certification and implementation of interventions during the workday:
Ability to balance physical movement
Ability to support the weight of an individual while moving (kneeling) to the ground and a capacity to sit and kneel in various positions
Ability to move from a kneeling position to standing without assistance approximately 5 times in one minute
Ability to travel within the counties of clients served within the program; reliable transportation

**Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)** **_Part-time_** **- Lansdale, PA**
**Pay: $22 - $24 per hour,** based on experience and certifications
Do you have experience in behavioral therapy and want to work for a company that actively improves the lives of the individuals it serves? In the Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) role, you will be responsible for ensuring behavior management programs are consistently implemented for people served.
+ Establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship by building rapport with the person served.
+ Follow the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation.
+ Collaborate with the family and treatment team members to provide behavior management techniques effectively and without disruption to the environment or other individuals.
+ Educate parents/guardians on reinforcement and intervention information when requested.
+ Promote safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills
+ Review progress of people served objectively using behavior analytic methods, identify solutions to barriers, and make recommendations to the supervisor and behavior analyst when needed.
+ Accurately collect behavior data including: A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, event, and interval-based recording as needed
+ Ensure all documentation, both staff and person served related is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Complete incident reports as required by agency policy and procedure.
+ Review daily updates for person served such as new programs, access level changes, scheduled sessions, etc., implement programs and train staff on implementation.
+ Ensure proper implementation and retraining as needed by routinely communicating with staff.
+ Schedule and prepare for leisure activities to keep persons served engaged and active when therapy sessions are not taking place.
+ Attend clinical meetings as assigned such as access review meetings, clinical team meetings, progress conferences, etc.
+ Responsible for providing up-to-date residential status of participants and identifying problem areas affecting the participant. Follow through with solutions based upon clinical team recommendations.
**_Qualifications:_**
+ High School Diploma, Bachelor's in the Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work etc.) is a plus
+ Experience in related field preferred
+ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification or 40 hour RBT course completion is a plus
+ Reliable Transportation, Driver's License and Car Insurance required
+ Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
+ A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance

Responsibilities of our Behavior Technicians (BT) include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities of our Behavior Technicians (BT) include, but are not limited to:
Provides behavioral intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support skill development and/or reduction of problematic behaviors
Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationship with client, caregiver and other family members through rapport building
Collects accurate data per program specifications
Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee and organization as a whole
Attends assigned trainings, monthly supervision meetings, performance meetings and other administrative meetings as assigned
Operates as a mandated reporter; maintaining awareness of signs or reports of suspected abuse or neglect and reporting to the appropriate state reporting line
Qualifications
Requirements:
High school diploma
Bachelor's degree (e.g. education, counseling, psychology, sociology, behavioral health) and related work experience preferred and may be required for certain cases
Satisfactory results of required Federal, State and provider specific background checks
Valid CPR and First Aid certification
Reliable transportation is required
Ability to physically stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and squat while exerting (lift, carry, push or pull) 5-10lbs. constantly, 25lbs. frequently and up to 100lbs. occasionally

Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Enhanced Program
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), full time and part time positions available in Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas.
What is the Enhanced IBHS Program (EP):
The Enhanced IBHS Program specializes in the assessment and treatment of assent withdrawal behaviors including aggression, self-injury, and property destruction.
Why Choose the Enhanced Program:
The Enhanced Program uses assent-based, compassionate care and trauma-informed approaches to decrease severe interfering behavior (aggression, self-injurious behavior) as a means of keeping clients in their homes and out of hospital/residential settings.
Each client is assessed using the Practical Functional Assessment/Skills Based Training as developed and researched by Dr. Greg Hanley.
Leadership team has PFA/SBT Level 6 Certified staff member for additional training and consultation.
Tier structure allows opportunities for increases in compensation. Salary ranges from approximately $80,000 to $100,000+ per year based on tier and number of billable hours.
Opportunity to work as a team. Each client is assigned 2 BCBAs to collaborate on programming across environments (home, center, community, school).
