1974 Belgravia Leisure begins as Austgolf Management operating golf courses throughout Australia.
1985 Belgravia Group acquires Austgolf Management to become one of the first of the Belgravia Group of companies.
1990 Belgravia Leisure was formed with the acquisition of Leisure Management & Marketing and a partnership with Genesis Fitness Club.
2005 Belgravia Group secures playing licence for Melbourne Victory.
