As a Staffing Associate at Winchester Hospital, you will be responsible (but not limited to) for the following:Monitors scheduled staff against patient census throughout shift.
Checks/answers call-in line to receive and communicate absences and offers to work where necessary.
When patient needs indicate excess scheduled staff, and with approval from nursing supervisor, calls staff to either cancel or place on recall.
When patient needs indicate, contacts staff to ask them to adjust their schedule and/or take an open shift to meet our staffing needs.
Contact units to communicate need to float staff from one area to another based on patient care and staffing needs.
Collaborates with leaders regarding creative staffing solutions and requests for schedule changes, weighing daily/imminent needs with more long-term/weekly needs.
Communicates staffing changes with units.
Communicates with the charge nurse on each shift regarding the staffing plan for the next shift.
Assigns and posts notice of float staff assignments each shift taking into account individual employee's skill set and competencies and continuity of care issues.
Enters time changes, absences and other data in Active Staffer to assist Nurse Managers with scheduling/payroll administration.
QUALIFICATIONS EducationRequired: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Post High School course work or degree Experience Required: Excellent customer service experience Preferred:Healthcare experience, clinical or administrative, preferably in a hospital Experience scheduling staff Other Skills Required:Ability to problem-solve to determine creative solutions and options.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology Strong computer skills, including sending emails.

Position Overview
The Contract Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences will support Immunome's growing clinical and development organization by leading full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles across the organization. This position will partner closely with a variety of teams to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a competitive oncology biotech environment. Deep experience in sourcing and recruiting in two or more areas is required: Clinical Research, Translational Medicine, Biometrics, Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Technical Operations. The Contract Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences will support Immunome's growing clinical and development organization by leading full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles across the organization. This position will partner closely with a variety of teams to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a competitive oncology biotech environment. Deep experience in sourcing and recruiting in two or more areas is required: Clinical Research, Translational Medicine, Biometrics, Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Technical Operations. This is an hourly, contract role. We anticipate 30-40 hours of work for a six month contract period of time.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical and development-focused roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand evolving business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates with experience in oncology drug development and clinical research environments.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with Immunome's values.
Coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback, and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and compliant records within the applicant tracking system.
Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive intelligence.
Support contract and contingent workforce hiring needs as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Demonstrated experience recruiting clinical, or development-focused roles within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.
Experience supporting contract-based and contingent hiring models.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Ability to work on-site in Bothell a minimum of one day per week.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of research, clinical research, clinical development, and drug development functions within an oncology-focused organization, preferred.
Experienced utilizing a variety of candidate sourcing tools and platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
