Works effectively and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary treatment team to enhance the smooth delivery of quality care. In collaboration with the treatment team, plans appropriate group programs to meet the ongoing needs of the patients. Job Description: We are looking for a Group Leader for our Psychiatric Hospital in Lynn, BayRidge! Assumes responsibility for the clinical development and management of patient groups in department assigned. Collaborates with Medical Director and other allied disciplines and departments to ensure that a safe and therapeutic environment is maintained for all patients. Is expected to work effectively and collaboratively with the multidisciplinary treatment team to enhance the smooth delivery of quality care. In collaboration with the Director of Social Work, plans appropriate group programs to meet the ongoing needs of the patients. Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities: Consistently prepare and plan groups according to patient needs. Make appropriate programmatic changes in response to patient population and system-wide needs. Demonstrate strong group leadership skills, shows awareness of both content and process, focusing on either or both when appropriate. Consistently complete all paperwork in an organized and timely fashion. Consistently monitor patients and communicate to treatment team patient's level of participation and ability to utilize groups. Support the hospital in such a manner that there is a strong and positive commitment to quality patient care. Attend all appropriate administrative meetings that support the mission of the hospital Exhibits ability to be competent in the following areas: Leading a group Ability to evaluate patient needs Development of group treatment programs Theoretical as well as practical knowledge of the clinical area with previous clinical experience or demonstrated clinical skills. Demonstrates a positive demeanor that allows for respectful and courteous interaction with all external and internal customers. Work cooperatively and effectively with others with ability to adapt to changes in the workplace as part of maintaining currency in profession Must be fluent in English (verbal and written). Requirements: Master's degree or doctorate in social work, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, counseling, clinical mental health counseling, education (counseling) or marriage and family therapy required Prior experience in a behavioral health setting preferred MA professional licensure not required Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.82 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law. Our first product - the SPAN Panel - contains a complex network of microcontrollers and a single board computer that must work together to react quickly to changing conditions with impeccable reliability in order to perform its job. Engineers work directly with the broader software, product, and hardware teams to ensure the right things get built at the right time. As an engineer on the Device Software team you will define and implement new features directly related to SPAN's hardware products focusing on the lowest level - the microcontroller. This includes everything from bootloaders on systems without an OS up through applications in C and C++ inside an RTOS. Hardware products are central to SPAN's business and writing firmware for even our smallest microcontrollers means working on something that directly impacts the user experience. You will own large user-facing features from conception through implementation on future hardware products, working independently to bring them to completion. Representative Projects Designing an OTA system that encompasses a variety of communication interfaces, processor types, and products, while achieving both secure goals for hardware-backed encryption and verification and high reliability. Working with system architects to invent a data steaming architecture for a new product family which can satisfy both the needs of the data science team to access high rate and quality data, as well as safety guarantees around consistency and accuracy. Representing the Device Software team in group settings and evangelizing engineering best practices. Participating in code and design reviews as well as authoring documents which further reinforce these goals, and supporting engineers across the org in hitting them. About You Required Qualifications We are seeking a Staff Firmware Embedded engineer with: 7 or more years of experience writing software for a hardware device (on a microcontroller, and/or in Linux, etc) in C++ or C Strong fundamentals in modern software design with tools like Object-Oriented design, coupled with awareness of concerns like manual memory management Experience working with standard electrical communication interfaces like UART, I2C, USB, etc Exceptional interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
