Heather Desvarieux is a Senior Director of Program Management, with 15+ years of experience in digital marketing and program/project management. She is a leader of large integrated project teams of 100+ people focused on end-to-end creation of industry-leading, data-driven digital experiences for clients such as Mercedes-Benz, JP Morgan Chase, Prudential, TED, Amway and Unilever. Heather's talents extend to ensuring successful client relationships with a focus on strategic planning and trusting partnership. Heather is also the Program Management co-lead for the SapientRazorfish New York Office (70+ project managers/producers), providing strategic vision for the role of project managers as well as career mentorship. In her role as Steering Committee Lead for the SapientRazorfish Women's Leadership Network, Heather is an active leader in supporting career growth for women in marketing.

Eve Shapiro is the Director of Data and Research at Beyond 12. Drawing on a decade of experience in higher education and extensive research experience she is dedicated to developing robust and nuanced understanding of student success and persistence. Eve's previous experience includes teaching and advising at four universities, developing university-based mentorship programs for first-generation students, researching the efficacy of technology-based social and psychological support platforms, and evaluating K-12 tutoring initiatives. At Westfield State University she co-facilitated a mentorship group that successfully identified and mentored women students into positions of campus and community leadership. Eve received her B.A. from Indiana University and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a focus on social inequalities, psychosocial wellbeing and social change.

Kiersten Chresfield is a Chief Of Staff at Beyond 12 and is based in Oakland, California. She has worked as Associate Director at Arabella Advisors, MBA Intern at NCGrowth & SmartUp, and Human Resources - Emerging Leaders Associate Intern at Nielsen. Kiersten studied at University of Cape Town between 2019 and 2019, Grenoble Ecole de Management between 2020 and 2020, and Duke University Fuqua School of Business between 2018 and 2020.
