Mr. Meshgin holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Wichita State University and an M.B.A. from University of California at Irvine. Mr. Meshgin has served more than 20 years with the Company in multiple managerial roles, providing him with significant institutional knowledge and technical expertise. As our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Meshgin brings to the Board significant senior leadership, as well as industry and global experience.
