Ken Goldman is a new addition to Fiksu, having recently been hired as the company's first Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Ken will join the executive management team and lead Fiksu's financial operations, focusing on the continuing creation, enhancement and realization of shareholder value in the company. Ken is a CPA who brings more than 30 years of financial and operational experience to Fiksu, having most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Black Duck Software, where he was named CFO of the Year by the Boston Business Journal in 2009. Before joining Black Duck, Ken was SVP & CFO of Salary.com, where he built the systems and infrastructure to take the company public in 2007. Prior to that, he was a Principal with Mirus Capital Advisors, and also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Lodestar Corporation. Earlier in his career, Ken held executive positions as Chief Financial Officer at Student Advantage, MediaMap, Shoplink.com, Liberty International Holdings, and Goldweitz & Company. Ken holds a B.S. degree in business administration from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. .

Oleg Fogel works at Fiksu DSP and TrafficDNA and a VP Operations/CTO at BidMind by Fiksu and is based in Ukraine. He studied at Zaporizhzhya National Technical University between 1999 and 2004.
