Demonstrated ability and leadership through a minimum of two years related experience in the field of child or family welfare services.
Must be proficient in the use of computers, including Email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Should have a special interest in working with youth and must fulfill the general requirements as established in the California Administrative Code, Title 22.
Writing and verbal skills and the ability to compose quality reports and other necessary correspondence are essential.
Must communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English.

General Purpose
Reporting to the Event Services Manager, the Audio-Visual Specialist and Event Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the Santos Manuel Student Union's audio-visual services and event operations, ensuring smooth coordination of events both on and off-campus. Serves as a specialist in the areas of audio-visual and room configuration needs for in-house, on- and off-campus contacts.

Test Preparation: Candidates may wish to review the Board of State and Community Corrections Candidate Orientation Booklet for the Juvenile Corrections Officer Examination.
Applicants must be successful in the Written Exam to continue to the Physical Agility Test.
THE PHYSICAL AGILITY TEST
Candidates passing the Written Exam will be invited to participate in the Physical Agility Test. Visit the San Bernardino Probation Department for details and an invitation to the APPLICANT WORKSHOP.
Only those applicants successful on both the Written Exam and Physical Agility Test will continue in the background process.
