From there he moved to Uniroyal Chemical, enjoying a 14-year career in increasingly senior positions in Europe, before transferring to The United States as the company grew to become Chemtura Corporation, and where he ultimately served as Executive Vice President in charge of a $1.9 billion portfolio of businesses including the Crop Protection, Consumer Products, and Plastics Additives divisions. Marcus holds a degree in Biological Sciences, Genetics from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
