Responsibilities * Carve and portion premium roast meats (turkey, brisket, roast beef) to order-only at the Carvery action station. * Prepare, plate, garnish, and serve guests efficiently and courteously. * Maintain a sanitized and wellโ€‘organized workspace throughout the shift. * Ensure strict food safety procedures: safe temperatures, cross-contamination control, proper storage. * Be punctual-arrive fully prepared and in uniform, ready to go before service begins * Communicate with kitchen staff, chefs, and managers for prep, menu adjustments, and timing coordination. * Any and all other duties assigned by Management.
