Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple large projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Willingness to work 50+ hours per week. Some travel required to project sites. Valid driver's license. Preferred Proven experience managing concrete projects valued at $5 million or more.
