Position Overview: We are looking for a Customer Success & Sales Associate with a strong background in brand specific or related services. In this role, you will generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and schedule service appointments. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, persuasive, and knows how to speak confidently about exterior cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads for the assigned brand.
Handle inbound calls professionally, guiding customers through service options and scheduling appointments. Convert leads into booked jobs and achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
Provide a positive customer experience that reflects the quality and professionalism of our company.
Stay updated on company services, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in home services or similar service industries.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable using ServiceMinder for scheduling, lead management, and tracking service requests.
Experience with RingCentral or similar VoIP/telephony systems for managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating cloud-based applications. Ability to handle objections and maintain a professional, positive demeanor.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and customer interactions effectively.

As families journey through the program, Bridge Parent responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a steady daily routine for the children in care, keeping necessary appointments and documentation, preparing meals, managing expenses and budgets, and participating in special activities. Bridge Parents also coach and support birth parents in healthy and appropriate parenting skills.
Schedule: This is a full time, 24/7, live-in position. Housing and up to 4 days respite per month provided. The Bridging Families homes are not able to accommodate employees' children.
Hiring Range: $84,000 - $96,000 annually as a couple (offer per person $42,000 - $48,000) and Housing provided; $3000 SIGN ON BONUS PER PERSON
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Candidates who meet only the minimum requirements can expect to start at the beginning of the range, while those with additional and relevant experience and/or advanced skills may be considered for higher starting pay within the range.
