Primary responsibilities include: Interviewing patients, vital signs, and records information in patients chart using EHR (Electronic Health Record).     About the Role: The Paramedic Supervisor plays a critical leadership role within Emergency Management Services (EMS), overseeing the daily operations and performance of paramedic teams to ensure the highest standards of emergency medical care. This position is responsible for coordinating response efforts, managing personnel, and maintaining compliance with medical protocols and regulatory requirements. The supervisor acts as a liaison between field paramedics, medical directors, and administrative staff to facilitate effective communication and operational efficiency. Ultimately, the Paramedic Supervisor ensures that emergency medical services are delivered promptly, safely, and compassionately to the community in times of urgent need. Minimum Qualifications: Valid and current paramedic certification/license as required by the State of Nebraska Current Nationally Registered EMT-Paramedic Certification Current certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP Responsibilities: Takes the lead and employs critical thinking to accomplish excellent delivery of services, including response to calls for service, delivery of community paramedic services, critical and non-critical patient transport. Coordinates shift crew assignments, daily briefing, review of a clinical protocol, completion of check lists, daily controlled medication reconciliation, daily equipment and unit checks, cleaning and basic maintenance of the units and stations.
