BoardPAC CEO and leadership

Lakmini Wijesundera has over 18 years of experience in technology management and global distribution. As the Chief Executive Officer of BoardPAC, she oversees all aspects of BoardPAC business and is the driving force behind BoardPAC’s successful global expansion. Lakmini has been the recipient of several prestigious industry recognition awards such as being the first Sri Lankan to be nominated for the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Program of Asia Pacific 2017, the winner of the Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016, Exporter of the Year and the Gold Award in the large category awarded by the Women’s Chamber of Industry & Commerce, the winner of Women in Management IT Leader of the year in 2016, the winner of the female ICT Leader of the year 2014 awarded by Computer Society of Sri Lanka ( CSSL) and has been selected to the 50 most powerful women in business awarded by the Echelon Magazine in 2014. Lakmini also holds the Chief Executive Officer role in Ironone Technologies which is a leading Software and solutions company with offices in USA, Sri Lanka and Malaysia. Prior to co-founding BoardPAC, Lakmini has been engaged in several progressive business initiations which included two technology startups. She formerly was the Manager of the Information Technology and Software Development division at Lanka Bell and was a key member of the start up Ceycom Global Communications. Lakmini also champions a charitable program called Give2Lanka.org and participates in entrepreneurial startup mentoring programs in her spare time. Lakmini has a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Electronics Engineering from the University College London, University of London and has a M.Sc. from Imperial College, University of London, United Kingdom.

Rajitha brings over 12 years of operations management experience. He is responsible for the operational activities in BoardPAC which includes Finance, HR and Operations. He is also responsible for the leadership of the solutions delivery division. Rajitha formerly managed and headed the Executive Operations at a leading IT solutions company and has been working in several companies including leading groups of companies Management and Operational roles. Rajitha holds his Master's and Bachelor's Degrees from UK and Sri Lanka.
