As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Nucar, you will actively assist our customers in purchasing or leasing their next new or used vehicle. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT / AUTO SALES REPRESENTATIVE

WORK SCHEDULE
The schedule for this full-time position can vary slightly, depending on business needs, but allows for a healthy work / life balance. The schedule is set up to work an average of approximately 43 hours in a 5 day work week, including weekends and early evenings.
COMPENSATION
Our Sales Consultants earn $60,000 - $125,000+ /year. This position IS NOT 100% commission. We offer a good balance of base pay, commission and bonuses. We also offer generous benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company contribution, paid sick time, paid vacation, company-paid life insurance, and paid training. We take our employee's health seriously. What You Bring:

The ability to assess prospects' needs, personalize your outreach, and uncover high-probability opportunities that align with their business challenges.

This is an in office position, working a minimum of three days per week from our Waltham, MA office.
The US hourly rate for this position is $25.00 - $31.25 per hour + variable compensation + benefits.

Overview

Responsibilities
Service and manage all accounts you oversee
Actively prospect new business opportunities by reaching out to URI Athletics fans and local businesses
Keep accurate CRM records and perform necessary follow-ups with customers to close sales
Develop and implement creative strategies to drive ticket sales and enhance customer experiences
Provide exceptional customer service to corporate groups and all clients
Perform grassroots marketing activities at various locations across greater New England to drive fan development and sales lead generation

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality/Sports Management, Business or a related field is preferred
Prior ticket sales and service experience preferred
Self-starter with a desire to succeed and a positive attitude
Comfort with making outbound phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
