Position Responsibilities:
Lead development and execution of the integration and test for mission systems, ensuring alignment with program objectives and certification requirements.
Define and maintain system-level test plans, procedures, acceptance criteria, and verification models that ensure complete requirements traceability.
Coordinate and oversee system integration activities across avionics and software to achieve timely, repeatable integration results.
Develop, prioritize, and manage test efforts, including resource planning, scheduling, logistics, and contingency planning.
Establish and coordinate test infrastructure needs: test rigs, data acquisition systems, simulators, and automated test frameworks.
Lead test execution, data collection, instrumentation, and analysis; verify system performance against requirements, document anomalies, and support investigations and corrective actions.
Ensure rigorous configuration control and change management of test procedures and test data, work closely with Configuration Management and Systems Engineering teams.

Position Responsibilities:
Support System Test lead for system-level integration, verification, and validation activities across the Sapphire architecture (MES, PDM, ERP, I&I).
Consolidate subsystem requirements into a unified system requirements set and maintain end-to-end traceability through the authoritative digital thread.
Develop and implement verification strategies, test plans, integration plans, and test procedures spanning unit, IPT, system test, and UAT aligned with PIO milestones.
Coordinate architecture allocations and verification planning with Development and Delivery IPTs, and other stakeholders to ensure data consistency and interface integrity.
Operate and enhance SEIT toolchains and automation to improve requirements quality, test orchestration, and traceability reporting.
Lead cross-IPT integration events, validate interfaces and data flows using ICDs, and ensure realized interfaces meet architectural intent.
Plan and execute functional and performance verification events; ensure evidence is captured and presented for PIO milestone readiness and certification needs.

Perform systems-level analyses (reliability, maintainability, safety, testability, security, vulnerability, affordability) to inform design and verification trade studies.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Familiarity with SEIT and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) toolchains (requirements management, architecture development, interface definition, automated testing, traceability tools).
Strong analytical, risk management, and process measurement skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Prior experience on aerospace, defense, or large-scale integrated system programs; direct experience with MES, PDM, ERP integrations or the Sapphire architecture is highly desirable.
Familiarity with certification/regulatory processes relevant to the domain (e.g., FAA, DoD standards).
Experience with test automation frameworks and SEIT toolchains to support traceability and automated testing.
Prior experience operating or evolving SEIT toolchains for automated traceability and test orchestration and presenting evidence to program governance/PIO.
Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, ADO, etc.).
Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
Typical Education:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. What you do:
Responsible for the inspection, testing, and maintenance of building systems to include(s): fire alarm, voice evacuation, fire alarm monitoring/ response, and/or other contracted activities. Communicate with Customer Business Manager and O&M team on operational issues.
