The technical solutions manager should have a balanced mix of technical and business skills, be well-versed in aviation technology standards, and have expertise in solutions management methodologies. Position Responsibilities:
Leads development of the program architecture and top level plans for a program.
Develops program organizational, work structures, top level program and execution plans. Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers.
Facilitates the resolution of program issues.
Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics.
Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Minimum of 10 years as a technical solutions manager for a commercial airline, airport, MRO, or OEM provider.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on analytics, threat intelligence, or data-driven security solutions.
Cybersecurity industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
Deep understanding and experience with setting up and managing Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure cloud environment(s).

+ Ensure proper accounting for sales within GE through coordination with contacts within Colibrium Additive, GE Aerospace, and other GE businesses
+ Responsible for preparation of key disclosure to GE Corporate regarding Colibrium Additive internal sales
+ Own and maintain relationships with key contacts in business operations including Supply Chain, Engineering and Product Management
+ Identify and facilitate simplification opportunities to improve the efficiency of closing processes, eliminate manual effort and maximize automation of accounting processes
+ Understand, interpret, and develop (as needed) applicable Enterprise Standards, Standard Operating Procedures and Process Maps for assigned areas of accounting
+ Partner with Colibrium Additive / Aerospace technical controllership, business finance, and global operations contacts to deliver timely, high quality financial reporting information
+ Support internal and external corporate accounting and auditing processes
**Qualifications/Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
+ 5 or more years of experience in accounting
+ Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
+ Ability to anticipate, communicate, report and resolve challenges
+ Proven analytical and organizational ability.
+ Effective problem identification and solution skills.
+ Understanding of how operational processes link to the financial statement

The successful candidate will work cross functionally supporting controllership, FP&A and project teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of general accounting tasks for Colibrium Additive's business operations based in USA and Germany. These include operational accounting, general ledger management, Balance sheet reviews, among others. The successful candidate will also be responsible leading an effective and efficient revenue recognition process on machine and services sales and will play a significant role in the effectiveness of the Colibrium Additive's monthly and quarterly close process. They will be responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis for assigned areas of responsibility.
This role can be based in USA, Germany or Sweden and so the successful candidate will need to work within teams and cross functionally across different time zones.

* Responsible for Colibrium Additive's general accounting processes and close including:
* Own the monthly financial close process (post Journals, review TBs, prepare/review reconciliations) and leadership reporting
* Inventory, including participation in resolution of CAS Schedule II finding
