How you'll make an Impact
As vCIO you will provide executive level guidance for Information Technology (IT) and act as an extension of the client's organization. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and supporting the client's long‑term IT Vision and Strategies. The vCIO works closely with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and IT Advisors at Ntiva and advises the client on technology, infrastructure, management, security and productivity as they relate to their information technology capabilities.
Location and Work Expectations
This is a remote position; however, team members should be willing and able to travel if the need arises, though such travel is expected to be infrequent. Candidates with proximity to one of our Centers of Excellence are preferred (Lombard, IL; McLean, VA; Shreveport, LA; Overland Park, KS).
What you will be doing
Serve as the client's trusted strategic technology advisor providing strategic technical leadership and consulting to the client's departments and staff
Understand and learn the client's industry and business to provide valuable insights around operational process improvements
Develop, manage and support the company's strategic IT vision, initiatives, policies, assets, training, dashboard/metrics, and more.
Develop and manage a three-to-five‑year strategic technology roadmap to align technology solutions with business goals and objectives
Responsible for preparing and presenting a comprehensive IT Budget
Establish and manage IT vendor relationships
Meet regularly with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with current work and plan for future growth
Manage client‑wide IT communication and presentations

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $100,000.00 and $130,000.00 per year, plus an annual on‑target bonus if applicable, not all roles are subject to a bonus. Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project/Program Manager to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Philadelphia, PA. The successful candidate will manage and direct IT projects, ensuring their timely and efficient completion, while acting as the primary interface between the client and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring tasks are executed on time and within scope. Oversee the end-to-end process, from project initiation through to successful completion.
Resource & Budget Management: Identify resource requirements, allocate resources efficiently, and estimate project costs. Manageproject budgets and monitor financial performance throughout the lifecycle.
Schedule Management: Prepare detailed project schedules, incorporating dependencies and critical path analysis to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication regarding project status, progress, risks, and challenges.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions and ensure smooth project execution.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and promoting a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
Required Skills/Experience:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications Systems Management, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) degree, OR A ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) certification may be substituted for the educational requirement.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT projectmanagement, with a proven track record of managing teams and serving as the primary program manager and point of contact with customers.
Must hold or be eligible for at least a Secret-level security clearance.
Prior experience supporting Navy programs.

Strong understanding of projectmanagement methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

The PM creates project plans from SOWs, drives structured execution, and ensures that all milestones, deliverables, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the lifecycle. Proficiency with projectmanagement tools such as Wrike is expected. Ownership of outcomes and customer communication is essential. This is not an internal IT or process improvement PM role. It is a fast-paced customer delivery position that requires direct accountability and proactive leadership.
The PM also owns developing a consistent, scalable project delivery framework. This framework serves as the basis for repeatable, high-quality delivery and provides the parent structure for reusable templates by project type. PMs ensure consistency, accountability, utilization discipline, and delivery precision across all project work.
You will:
Project Leadership & Planning
Build project plans from SOWs - define work breakdown, milestones, dependencies, and assign customer responsibilities
Manage 25-40+ simultaneous projects of varying complexity, coordinating cross-functional teams (tech, design, ops, training)
Maintain a scalable project-delivery framework with reusable templates and ensure proper project intake/setup in PM systems
Lead planning sessions to align stakeholders and resources against schedules and customer commitments
Resource & Change ManagementManage resources, schedules, and pacing across all projects; track and mitigate risks via a maintained risk register
Re-forecast timelines if customer delays occur and communicate impacts; handle change orders, including scope adjustments and approvals

Oversee project pacing to ensure timely, efficient delivery without overloading resources
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
