The Activity Security Representative's primary function is to provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. The position will provide “day-to-day” support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence.
Perform destruction of classified materials and process magnetic media for accountability
Reproduction support for classified materials
Maintain various daily logs for a variety of administrative functions associated with document control and the processing of inbound data and outbound data transfer files.
Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices.
Assist in the preparation of facility access control badges. Escort facility visitors and maintains associated logs. Conduct entry and exit inspections.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
2+ years of related experience.
1+ years of experience with SCI programs.
Familiarity with the SIMS database
Must Complete JPAS training within six months of starting on contract if performing SCI personnel security functions.
Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and the appropriate and other guiding policy documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with SAP programs.
Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

What you'll do:
Lead all elements in support of the security detail for client family members, primarily focused on the school security program, and extracurricular activities, as applicable

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Provide Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) support services on construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects in accordance with federal security standards and contract requirements.
Conduct Threat and Vulnerability Assessments (TVAs) of project sites, facilities, and operational environments during design, construction, and post-construction phases.
Review and provide input on security design criteria, access control features, and physical protection measures in alignment with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 4-010-01) and DoD Anti-Terrorism Standards.
Coordinate with federal agencies, local jurisdictions, and law enforcement entities to support construction security compliance and emergency response integration.
Participate in design charrettes, pre-construction conferences, and site reviews to identify and mitigate potential security risks prior to and during construction activities.
Support field verification of installed security systems, including barriers, fencing, access controls, surveillance systems, and alarm monitoring equipment.
Provide onsite AT/FP inspections, including participation in three-phase quality assurance processes during construction to ensure adherence to approved security requirements.
Contribute to commissioning efforts, including final security validations, training support, and handover documentation.
Assist in the preparation of security-focused documentation, including risk assessments, inspection reports, training materials, and incident response procedures.
Maintain situational awareness of evolving threat environments, advising project leadership on emerging AT/FP considerations that may affect project delivery or site safety.
Minimum Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship; must be eligible for a DoD security clearance (Secret or higher preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Security Management, Construction Management or Engineering or related field (equivalent military/law enforcement experience may be considered).
AT Level II certification (minimum); other relevant certifications such as Physical Security (PS), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or Military Police preferred.
3+ years of experience in Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection, military security, or law enforcement roles.
Working knowledge of DoD AT/FP regulations (e.g., DoDI 2000.16) and physical security standards (e.g., UFC 4-010-01).
Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Valid state security license if required by jurisdiction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting federal government security operations (e.g., USACE, GSA, VA).

REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Must be knowledgeable with the rules and regulations of the National Industrial Security Program Operation Manual (NISPOM) pertaining to all aspects of security. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. SALARY
The expected pay range for this position is $84,000 to $92,000 annually.

Primary Responsibilities:
Must have the ability to complete a New Hire Training Cycle Flow to maintain standards required to perform daily tasking on the product protection team.
Receive daily cleaning and protection assignments: clean, protect and implement clean as you go requirements on the airplane.
Ensure your work and the work of mechanics on and around the airplane protects the airplane to the highest standard.
Walk the airplane and areas around the airplane continuously, ensuring and implementing Boeing Quality and Compliance standards related to product protection.
Ability to adhere to high standards of safety and quality.
