Demonstrated experience in developing and managing preventative maintenance programs is required. The ability to build and manage both operating and capital budgets is required. A solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and surveys for DNV, JCAHO DOH, DCA, local AHJs and other regulatory agencies is required.
