Charlie Eubank has called southwest Montana his home since 1996, living in Bozeman, Missoula and currently resides in Livingston. Charlie has been working as an independent Landman for energy companies across the United States for the past 7 years, negotiating Oil and Gas Leases, surface and mineral interest transfers, and acting as the liaison between the energy companies and surface and/or mineral owners. His expertise and attention to detail in title research and contract negotiation have been a key component to his client’s reaching their goals. In May of 2015, Charlie Eubank earned his Montana Real Estate Salesperson license. Combining his vast knowledge of surface and mineral estate ownership with a professional, straightforward and honest approach to real estate, Charlie is dedicated to helping his clients find success in their real estate endeavors. He understands the excitement and stress that comes with purchasing or selling real estate, and he is focused on making the process as seamless as possible. When Charlie isn't busy keeping up with his energetic young family, he can be found with his fly-rod, Jack Russell Terrier and English Setter cruising the back roads of Montana scouting for hidden fishing holes and hunting grounds.

Holly Hill is a VP/Chief Marketing Officer at Brethren Retirement Community. She works or has worked as BOARD MEMBER at Darke County Foundation, BOARD MEMBER at Area Agency on Aging of Southeast Arkansas Inc, and MEMBER at Kiwanis International. Holly attended Miami University.

Kara Allread is a Senior VP/Chief Administrative Officer at Brethren Retirement Community and is based in Dayton Ohio Area. She has worked as Executive Director at Darke County United Way Inc, Membership Coordinator at Greater Louisville Inc, and Board Member at Main Street Greenville. Kara works or has worked as Board Member at Family Health Services and Chair at Greenville City Schools Business Advisory Council. She studied at Muskingum University and Muskingum College between 1994 and 1998.
