Blue Wave America is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as part-time Deputy Field Organizers for the 2025 election cycle, leading the effort to drive voter turnout in rural counties of Virginia. Deputy Field Organizers will work to elect Democrats up and down the ballot, and will be responsible for implementing an aggressive field plan, and helping to meet GOTV goals throughout the Valley region of Rural Virginia.
