Client & Customer Service: Anticipate the needs of clients and families to ensure a seamless and positive experience; serve as the point of contact for clients and families; execute BrightStar's 24/7/30 touchpoints strategy; monitor satisfaction surveys and drive improvements. Revenue Growth: Lead initiatives that improve employee and client satisfaction, directly supporting weekly revenue targets and long-term growth.
