Responsibilities: Plan, organize, direct and control activities relating to estimating activities performed by WB Moore Company personnel in a safe and efficient manner Manage the overall activities relating to assigned project estimates including coordinating engineering efforts, consulting on design issues, solicit and review subcontractor proposals, review vendor quotes for accuracy, and all other activities associated with providing a complete and detailed estimate Routinely meet with appropriate parties to verify that estimates are being developed in an accurate manner and reflect actual costs. Follow and enforce methods and procedures to ensure consistency in company estimating efforts Attend pre-bid meetings, job planning meetings, job progress meetings and any other meetings required for assigned project estimates.
