Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership & Oversight

Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and all phases of multifamily construction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to lead teams and work effectively with inspectors and owners.

Strong decision-making skills and sound judgment for involving key stakeholders when needed.
OSHA 30 certification with deep practical knowledge of safety standards.
