Perform the final assessment of projects in TEST/UAT to ensure the requirements have been met on all project deliverables.
Support the client through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting with defect management during the UAT process.
Work closely with the Web Team members (i.e. Developers and BAs) and the customers during the requirements gathering and sprint planning process to ensure all customer requirements are properly captured and documented. In addition, keeping the Web Lead abreast on all project statuses.
Lead Web projects from planning through the delivery phases, identifying risks and resolving issues along the way to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Facilitate Agile (SAFe) events including Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, Iteration Retrospective, Backlog Refinement, and Team Syncs.
Host/Lead demonstrations (review/demo sessions) with the stakeholders/customers and document/report the results of each software iteration(s).
Act as the conduit between the development team (developers and business analyst(s) and the Web Lead, ensuring alignment and driving project success.
Monitor the MSC sick line for call outs and emailing the Web Team in the event that the MSC Web Operations team is unavailable.
Qualifications
Required:
An active TS/SCI POLY clearance.
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related project experience preferably with a federal government contractor.
Experience and understanding of web design, development and integration of projects.
Scrum Master/Agile methodology experience.

The associate in this role will serve as a key participant in the marketing delivery process. They will support prioritization of projects to maximize output with allocated staffing from partner teams, including creative agencies, content designers, and data analysts. This associate will partner with Enterprise teams and other stakeholders to develop and refine reports on delivery volume, project statuses, delays, and errors. Additionally, this associate will help identify and support implementation of process changes to increase speed to market, as well as adapting planning and prioritization as needed.

* Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
* Ensuring projects and process changes are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.
* Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
* Partnering cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive marketing delivery
* Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
* Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts
* Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
* Employ excellent communication and partnership skills, interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
* At least 2 years of experience in Process or Project Management
Preferred Qualifications:
* Masters or MBA degree
* 3+ years of Project Management experience
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Strong problem solving and influencing skills
* Work experience achieving results with complex projects
* Experience in Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
* Proficient in GSuite

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Project Manager
Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
