In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for Clients onboarding to the Integrated Platform. This role ensures a seamless and coordinated experience from contract to go-live, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Success teams to deliver successful platform integration outcomes. The Integrated Platform Client Onboarding Lead will define, manage, and continuously improve onboarding frameworks, ensuring that each client is successfully integrated in alignment with business goals, contractual requirements, and technical standards. Responsibilities Lead the client onboarding process for the integrated platform, ensuring an organized, transparent, and positive client experience from initial engagement through full operational handover. Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding, coordinating communication between internal teams and external. Plan, manage, and execute integration activities, including environment setup, configuration, data migration, and system validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success to ensure timely and accurate of onboarding milestones. Define and maintain onboarding frameworks, tools, and documentation to establish consistency, quality, and scalability in delivery. Manage project timelines, resource planning, and risk mitigation for each client onboarding initiative. Monitor and report on onboarding progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively to keep activities on track. Support continuous improvement by gathering client feedback and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction. Facilitate smooth transition of clients to ongoing or account management teams following successful onboarding. Partner with leadership to forecast onboarding capacity, identify operational bottlenecks, and drive process optimization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a field; master's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation management, or platform integration roles within a technology-driven or SaaS environment. Demonstrated experience leading complex,-stakeholder onboarding or implementation projects. Strong understanding of system integration concepts, data onboarding, configuration management, and client readiness processes. Excellent project management skills, with familiarity using tools such as Jira, or Smartsheet. Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities, with confidence interfacing at all organizational levels. Proven problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $185,000 - $195,000. In addition, the successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to generate and maintain a volume of business sufficient to support the growth of the firm. Typically, successful applicants generate at least enough business to support 2‑3 staff members working on MCP related matters. This individual will have experience managing consulting assignments, must work effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams, is expected to be proficient in the analysis and communication of information, and must be able to work cooperatively with agencies, organizations, and individuals to guide decision‑making. The successful candidate also is expected to be proficient in all facets of project management. They must demonstrate a commitment to mentoring and developing staff and collaboration with colleagues throughout the Practice. Your key tasks and responsibilities may include: Site Investigation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive site investigations to identify potential sources of contamination, evaluate risks, and develop appropriate remediation strategies. Prepare and submit comprehensive reports, including site investigation reports, risk assessment reports, remedial action plans, progress reports, and closure reports. Keep abreast of changes in environmental regulations and guidelines and ensure compliance with evolving requirements. Client Management and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. Collaborate with project teams, including environmental engineers, geologists, and technicians, to ensure smooth execution of projects. Communicate complex technical information to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Quality Control and Assurance: Implement quality control and assurance measures to ensure accurate and reliable data collection, analysis, and reporting. A typical day as a Project Manager (Investments)-Journeyman may include: Carries out assigned management analyst functions/duties Oversees the development, maintenance and modification of CTIEP projects Coordinates with technical project directors and tracks the execution of CTEIP projects through all project stages Reviews/Approves high-level work plans through coordination with the project team Identifies risks/issues and provides guidance/direction on project plans Manages deliverables (monthly and quarterly reporting) Must-haves: BS Degree 4 years of relevant work experience Experience in program and project management assisting federal clients in delivering key programs Experience in presentation, project management and data analysis with Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project Experience providing program status and briefings to project leadership Experience building and maintaining budgets, tracking financial execution and building/managing schedules Experience with coordinating resources and supporting the development of technical and programmatic documentation Experience with managing cost, schedule, performance, risk and other programmatic aspects of DoD projects to satisfy requirements and meet the expectations of project sponsors Experience with assessing program risk and opportunities to reduce cost/schedule growth pressures and realize efficiencies as early as possible The ability to obtain and maintain SAP and/or SCI access as required The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance Desired Skills: Experience with drafting statements of work and reviewing/evaluating industry proposals Experience with developing detailed plans and tracking execution Experience with tracking cost, schedule and performance metrics in addition to tracking progress toward achieving agreed project objectives Skills Crucial to Success at AMEWAS: Candidates must demonstrate a customer-focused mindset, professionalism, and discretion, while working collaboratively with management and teams to meet objectives.
